This coffee is grown in the San Marcos de Colon region, between 1200 and 1700m altitude,

and is the result of the work of a producer who used to be a teacher.


Wapaia means ‘on the road’, he is new to coffee growing and production, and has put his

heart and soul into this new venture.


The coffee is picked by hand, washed, and dried on patios. It is certified organic and Fair

Profile : Notes of caramel, lemon, chocolate and mandarin.

Body : Medium to full body, creamy.
