This family owns the renowned Finca La Soledad.  San Rafael is a smaller farm neighbouring with La Soledad.  San Rafael has been in the Perez family since the mid – 80’s.  The family proudly continues their coffee inheritance, developing and improving on coffee quality as well as coffee strategy for a better future.


Process : Washed. 

Variety : Caturra, Bourbon, Typica, Geisha, H1 and Pacamara.


Cup Profile : Notes of red cherries, panela sugar and red plum. A rounded, balanced juicy coffee. Lovely transparent coffee, a very good example of a high quality process.
