Raul, the eldest son of the Perez Family, has been overlooking and renovating this small farm. He has been experimenting with more resistant varieties, as well as with new processing methods, with the aim of maintaining the high quality cup profile. He likes to explore new ideas and conducts research that focuses on achieving balance and sustainability in an economical, environmental, and social way.
In particular, he is investigating regenerative farming with the aim to increase productivity, maximize quality potential and eliminate the use of synthetic fertilizers as well as heal and balance the natural biology of the soil.

Cup Profile : Sweet aroma, brown sugar sweetness, white peach acidity, apricot, and grapefruit notes. Creamy body, elegant, long and pleasant, sweet finish.
