This coffee is grown by some 588 small farmers in the Nensebo Woreda region of Sidama. With the beans processed at the Refisa Washing station. Located in Oromia, about 400kms south of Addis Ababa. The average farm size is two hectares, the farmers cultivate a range of heirloom varieties, including wild varietals originating from the neighbouring forests.
Process : Washed - Organic.
Variety : Wolisho and Kuruma.
Cup Profile : Orange blossom and hops, Earl Grey tea. Juicy flavours like ripe yellow nectarine and caramel sticky body.
