This is a forest coffee produced by small farmers who own plots in a dense forest environment.  The shade trees protect the coffee trees by providing moisture and fertile soil conditions, ideal for good plant health.  


The strengths of this coffee are - forest grown coffee, in a preserved environment where polyculture practices (bananas, avocados, mangoes and sugar cane) by small subsistence farmers.


Process : Washed - Organic. 

Variety : Heirloom. 


Cup Profile : A wonderful coffee with floral, strawberry and caramel notes.
